Shipping
After you have placed your order, your custom artwork can take anywhere from 2-4 business days to be completed. Once we receive your approval, shipping can take as little as 5-10 business days but could take longer due to supply chain delays due to COVID. In some instances, acrylic Pawtraits can take up to 10-25 business days to be delivered from artwork approval.Unfortunately, due to COVID delays, time frames can’t be guaranteed as we work with third party couriers and suppliers. If you require your artwork by a certain deadline, please ensure you contact our team prior to placing your order. If you have any additional questions about shipping or delivery please email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.While we do our best to ensure a speedy delivery in all instances (We know your pet is excited to receive their Pawtrait!), sometimes delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control. If that is the case, we will do everything in our power to ensure a speedy resolution. You will enter the correct shipping details when placing your order.

If you need to upate your address, please let us know ASAP. We will try to ensure this is updated for you if the order hasn’t been shipped already.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. At this point, delivery of the item becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure they follow up to receive the order or place a new order.

Pet Pawtrait can not be held liable if the incorrect address has been provided, resulting in the order being returned to us or lost. If the order is returned to us due to customer error, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee of $20 to reship your order.

If you miss a delivery, and the item is sent to a post office or depot, you the customer agree to pick up the item in a timely manner. If the item is returned to sender due to failure to collect, you agree to pay a $20 reshipping fee to have the item posted out to you again.

You acknowledge that we can not be held liable for delays due to third parties such as couriers.

You acknowledge that Pet Pawtrait do not offer compensation for shipping delays, for both normal and express shipping.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a replacement for faulty and damaged products. If you have any such issues, please contact us by email at [email protected] or fill out the details at our Contact Us page. We will take action to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Our company does not take the responsibility of general wear and tear in the due course of usage. We do not repair or replace products damaged during usage.
Unfortunately, we do not have a return or refund policy on personalised items. However, we will process a replacement if you receive a faulty or broken item.
We, therefore, request you to choose the items carefully before personalising and review your orders properly before the checkout and making payments.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
