We take pride in ensuring that your orders are custom made to your liking, and each order is hand designed with real designers. Our standard turn around time for designs is 3-4 business days. Once your artwork is approved, we begin printing your portrait. This can take around 2-4 weeks from approval of your artwork to receiving the final product.

Of course! You may have up to 3 pets on a single portrait, if you would like to include more than 3 pets please contact us so we can better customise the number of your pets. 

Multiple pets on a portrait will result in a landscape layout of the artwork as that will be best to adequately incorporate every portion of your furry friends

Yes! We want you to be completely happy with your custom artwork, we will send you an email once your artwork is ready to be previewed. If you would like any revisions or are happy for printing, you can reply to the email within 3 days. If we do not receive a response from you we will consider it that  you are happy to proceed with printing.

We understand some of you may have some exotic animals as pets, our talented artists will be able to draw any animal you may have.

We offer previews and revisions of your artwork before it is printed, because your portrait is 100% unique, we are unable to provide refunds or returns. If there is something you are unhappy with please contact us so that we can help fix the problem.

Yes! The canvas portraits come with an attached wire so it is as simple as placing a hook on your wall and hanging your fur baby’s portrait. The acrylic portraits come with french cleats attached which makes mounting easy and secure.

If you wish to change your address, simply let us know as early as possible by emailing us at [email protected]. As long as we have not booked in your order to be picked up, we should be able to change your address.

Once you place your order with us, our designers will be hard at work getting your artwork ready for approval. We will email you as soon as that is ready to be printed, and will update your order accordingly. It will then go into the printing phase which can take 2-4 weeks depending on the material that you chose. From there, we will ship the item out to you and provide you with a tracking number. You will be able to track this in your customer portal which you can log into with the details provided to you when you ordered your pawtrait.

In order for us to deliver your purrfect pawtrait, following these photo guidelines will ensure you will not be disappointed.

• Try and capture a still (not blurry) photo of your fur baby TIP: get them to sit or stay.
• Take the photo at eye level of your fur baby. TIP: try using a treat
• Try and take a front facing photo of your fur baby. TIP: again a treat would work well
• A close up photo would be best.
• Don’t use flash, natural light works best.
• Capture your furbaby from the chest up and don’t forget to include their furry ears (try not to crop any portion of your fur baby from the photo)
